Library Stations
The kids worked at their own pace through library themed stations today.
1. They used the iPads to navigate through the Frisco Public Library website.
2. I had a PowerPoint slide projected with various questions about my classroom library.
3. One of our Time For Kids magazines highlighted a new kind of library that doesn't have books on shelves, but instead has technology of all kinds.

Nasty Nachos
The kids cheered Mr. Garcia on this morning as he "enjoyed" some nasty nachos. This was part of a contest that ran during Book Fair week.

Frisco Heritage Museum
Our your guide was so knowledgeable and friendly. The kids remembered so many things from when Mrs. Fowler was here and that helped them answer questions and understand what was being taught today. They kept telling me how much fun they had and how much they enjoyed the museum.
