Practicing fractions in math stations

Here are some of your students working on their math stations with a partner. We are practicing finding equivalent fractions, comparing fractions, and some additional multiplication games.

Exploring databases

Today, we headed back to the library to learn about databases. The students will be using the chrome books for the next three days to collect data for their research papers.

Your students have been using chrome books to take Bluebonnet surveys and to complete assignments on Google classroom. 

Fractions!

Your students have been learning about fractions. On Thursday, your students

used fraction towers to place fractions on number lines.

Autobiography/ Biography

The students had to read a small section of a book and determine if it was an autobiography or biography. After they wrote their answers down, they were then able to check their work using an iPad. They scanned qr codes for verification.
